With the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones underway, fans are trying to piece together clues to predict who will sit on the Iron Throne. If you can accurately predict how it all ends you could win a holiday in Croatia, staying in five-star hotels and touring some of the key landmarks from the show in Dubrovnik and Split, as well as visits to the islands of Hvar and Vis.

As Game of Thrones races towards its endgame all sorts of predictions and multi-faceted theories are popping up online as fans feverishly try to get one step ahead of HBO showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss (and a few books ahead of author George R.R. Martin). Game of Thrones is notorious for subverting familiar heroic fantasy tropes so it’s hard to know how it will end but it’s still fun to guess, especially now those guesses could win you a free holiday in Croatia.

Tour operator Unforgettable Croatia will bring a lucky fan and a friend on a luxury Game of Thrones tour of Dubrovnik and Split – where some of the most memorable scenes were filmed – if you can accurately predict how the show ends. The seven-night trip will include an exclusive tour of King’s Landing, Qarth, Braavos, Meereen and the Westeros Riverlands. In addition to a private tour, the lucky winner will also get to enjoy visits to the islands of Hvar and Vis via speedboat.

The only catch is international flights aren’t included but the winner and guest will stay for free in five-star accommodation in both Split and Dubrovnik, with breakfast included, for seven nights in October 2019.

To enter, all you have do is send your prediction for how the final season of Game of Thrones will end, in 1000 characters or less, to Unforgettable Croatia here. Will Jon Snow choose love over duty and reject his birthright to rule over Westeros or will Cersei Lannister have the last laugh and defeat all her enemies? Get your thinking cap on. The competition is currently accepting predictions and will close at 11.59pm on 5 May. If nobody predicts the correct ending, the tour operator will select its favourite prediction from the entries submitted.
The final episode of Game of Thrones will air on HBO on Sunday, 19 May.
