The airline is looking to give free flights to ten social influencers with over 2500 followers, in exchange for creating compelling content that will inspire others to create their own travel stories. The winners will get to explore some of Southwest’s 99 destinations in the US, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.
The grand prize is 24 Southwest flight e-passes valid for one-way travel on the airline, the second-placed winner gets 12 flights and the third-placed candidate will receive six flight passes. Fourth and fifth prizes are Southwest gift cards valued at $500 (€441.40) each, and five people will receive 10,000 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards points each.

Those wishing to enter have to submit their best travel inspiration content via Instagram. They must follow the airline on that social media channel, choose their best travel photo post, write a caption that tells an engaging travel story and add the relevant tags and hashtags. The airline will select the top 100 submissions and invite the candidates to the next phase of the contest, where it will learn more about their social media influence and love for Southwest Airlines.
